Discount Tire

I was having a day, which is always the case when you have a flat (fighting a cold and rushing to make school pickup). John managed to make this undesirable circumstance into a pleasant one. I was updated about the progress on my service, met with friendly conversation, and pleased with the overall experience. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for work done on your vehicle. Corey was also very kind.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had! I had to rush down to Chattanooga from PA and knew I was due for tire rotation. Zane greeted me and checked out all the tires including including the spare. He also advised me to have the alignment checked even though was only 11K miles at no charge. Also advised of the price if needed but NO pressure to have that done. The techs were fast clean, professional and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend using them for all your tire needs. I'll be back in the Fall and will be replacing my tires at this location. Great job guys! (I only wish we had one near where I live)

While traveling from Nashville I picked up a screw when arriving to my hotel in Chattanooga. Given the time being after 5pm I rushed to the nearest tire shop to be turned away. I then went a block down and arrived at Discount Tire on Gunbarrel Rd. I was greeted by Zane who was amazing and eager to help. Corey and Walker also assisted me during my stay and were also great. They were able to plug my tire quickly and at no charge. The location was clean and everyone was so kind and courteous. I would highly recommend this location.

I had a fantastic experience at Discount Tire in Chattanooga! I’m a native Tennessean in from Los Angeles on business when I realized I needed new tires and wheels before my cross-country drive back west. Ethan was a total pro from the second I walked in. He took the time to show me every option and gave me a great deal. He even went the extra mile to call the Atlanta hub to make sure my wheels arrived before I had to hit the road. The wheels arrived exactly on time, and the tire pricing was actually better than the local wholesale clubs. Huge thanks to Ethan for the help and Corbin (the manager) for running such a tight ship. If you need tires or wheels, ask for Ethan!

My Mimi got a tire change and they talked her into getting new rims. Which I couldn’t argue. However, they changed the spare to one that didn’t fit on the car. When I called to ask if they’d fix mix up they said they would charge labor, if I bought the old rim and the spare tire. Basically to put the spare tire onto the old rim. However, Walmart hooked me up for free.
